*One of the Platinum / Gold / Silver / Bronze sponsorship types must be selected in order to have the right to speak at the forum’s sessions.
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP
  • Allocation of 48 m2 exhibition area.
  • Will be given the right to speak in the opening speeches of the Forum to be held within the fair and in a session he chooses.
  • Company’s logo will be shared with written and visual media.
  • Advertisement brochures of the company will be given to the participants together with the bags (brochures shall not be more than 16 pages; design, printing and logistic processes shall be carried out by the company).
  • Advertisement flash memories of the company will be given to the participants together with the bags (flash memories’ design, printing and logistic processes shall be carried out by the company).
  • The company will be presented with a plaque of appreciation.
  • List of participants will be shared with the company.
  • The company logo will be displayed as “Platinum Sponsor” on all visual and printed works prepared for the Forum including the official website and the Brand Wall.
  • 10 complimentary registration right to the Forum.
GOLDEN SPONSORSHIP
  • Allocation of 18 m2 exhibition area.
  • The representative of the sponsor company will be given the right to speak in any session of the Forum to be held within the scope of the fair.
  • Company’s logo will be shared with written and visual media.
  • Advertisement brochures of the company will be given to the participants together with the bags (brochures shall not be more than 8 pages; design, printing and logistic processes shall be carried out by the company).
  • Company’s logo will be displayed on the table flags to be placed on the coffee tables which are used during the coffee breaks. (Table flags’ design, printing and logistic processes shall be carried out by the company).
  • The company will be presented with a plaque of appreciation.
  • The company logo will be displayed as “Golden Sponsor” on all visual and printed works prepared for the Forum including the official website and the Brand Wall.
  • 8 complimentary registration right to the Forum.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP
  • Allocation of 9 m2 exhibition area.
  • In the Forum to be held within the fair, the representative of the sponsor company will be given the right to be the third speaker of the session.
  • Company’s logo will be shared with written and visual media.
  • Advertisement brochures of the company will be given to the participants together with the bags (brochures shall not be more than 4 pages; design, printing and logistic processes shall be carried out by the company).
  • The company will be presented with a plaque of appreciation.
  • The company logo will be displayed as “Silver Sponsor” on all visual and printed works prepared for the Forum including the official website and the Brand Wall.
  • 6 complimentary registration right to the Forum.
BRONZE SPONSORSHIP
  • Allocation of 6 m2 exhibition area.
  • At the Forum to be held within the fair, the representative of the sponsor company will be given the right to be the 4th speaker of the session.
  • Company’s logo will be shared with written and visual media.
  • Advertisement brochures of the company will be given to the participants together with the bags (brochures shall not be more than 4 pages; design, printing and logistic processes shall be carried out by the company).
  • The company will be presented with a plaque of appreciation.
  • The company logo will be displayed as “Bronze Sponsor” on all visual and printed works prepared for the Forum including the official website and the Brand Wall.
  • 4 complimentary registration right to the Forum.
DELEGATE BAG SPONSORSHIP

The sponsor logo and web address will be on the transport kits which will be delivered to visitors at the entrance of the exhibition. The firms can put their brochures and promotional products in it.

It is limited for 1 firm.

PEN AND WRITING PAD SPONSORSHIP

A pen and a writing pad will be delivered to each visitors. The sponsor firm’s logos will be printed on pens and writing pads. (Pen and notepad will be provided by the sponsoring company.)

SPONSORSHIP FOR THE BADGE AND ROPE OF BADGE

The logo of the company that received the sponsorship will be placed on the name badges that will be distributed to all exhibitors and visitors at the entrance to the fair area, and on the ropes that allow it to hang on the neck.

REGISTRATION DESK SPONSORHIP

The registration desk which will be on the entry of forum area will be dressed with the sponsor firm’s logos.

FORUM SCREEN ADVERTISING SPONSORSHIP

The forum area will be advertised on the screen where the presentations are made.

EXHIBITION ENTRY DOOR SPONSORSHIP

The logo of the sponsor firm will be written on two entry doors.

It is limited for 2 firms.

ADVERTISING IN THE OFFICIAL INFOBOOK

Outer Cover 20.000,00 TRY + VAT

Inside Front Cover 15.000,00 TRY + VAT

WELCOME CARPET SPONSORSHIP

It consists of showing the sponsor firms logo on the welcome carpet and on the guiding boards. 1m x 1,5m can be used. The printout will be provided by the sponsor firm.

It is limited for 1 firm.

WATER DISPENSER SPONSORSHIP

6 water dispensers will be placed in the exhibition area which has three different halls.

It is limited for 6 firms.

COMMON RIGHTS OF THE SPONSORS

The logos of the companies chosing one of the sponsorship types (Except for advertisement packages*) will be displayed at the web address www.waterlossforum.org at the bottom section of the page and within the scope of the public relations activities to be carried out for the Fair, the technologies and solutions developed by the companies will be presented in the press bulletins.
